Volunteers

The people who make each edition happen.

Every edition is delivered by a volunteer team of facilitators, skill trainers, counsellors, mentors and logistics support drawn from the community and from professional networks. Volunteers are briefed on our safeguarding policy before working with youth.

  • Skill trainers — digital, creative, technical and vocational tracks
  • Professional mentors — sector professionals mentoring across programmes
  • Counsellors — qualified psychosocial support for teen and adult groups
  • Facilitators & logistics — registration, sessions, media and hospitality
