Our Programmes
GGF is a linkage institution. We walk with youth through four sequential programmes — Clarity, Skills, Employment and Entrepreneurship — with Professional Mentorship, our fifth programme, running across all of them, locally and globally.
Where the jobs are
We don't just train youth and hope for jobs. We track where the jobs are — in the green economy, renewable energy, climate-smart agriculture and the digital economy — then prepare youth to fill them and build sustainable enterprises of their own.
The entry point into GGF. Youth discover their identity, values and purpose — their strengths, gifts and passions — receive skills assessment and career guidance, and are grounded through spiritual identity formation and psychosocial support with qualified counsellors.

We link, we don't lock in. Full or partial scholarships into accredited TVETs, universities and online providers — plus our own Technical Hub delivering creative skills during holiday and weekend programmes.

The Skills & Mentorship Programme is how most youth first meet GGF. It runs in editions — holiday and weekend cohorts built around a set of skill areas, professional mentors and a closing showcase. Each edition has its own theme, reach and report, and feeds learners into the connected programmes above.

Open Programmes — join at any point
Beyond the core journey, GGF runs open programmes that youth and professionals can join at any time. Proceeds help fund free access for vulnerable youth.
2–5 day open-enrolment bootcamps in in-demand technical and digital skills, delivered at our centres and on partner university and TVET campuses. Each includes an employer showcase where participants meet hiring companies directly, and standout participants are invited into the full GGF journey.
Practical, market-demand sessions in AI for everyday work, data literacy, digital marketing, project management and financial modelling. Participants are invited to give back as GGF mentors, and proceeds help fund free programmes for youth.
