Our Programmes

One integrated journey. Five connected programmes.

GGF is a linkage institution. We walk with young people through five connected programmes: discovering who they are, linking them to accredited skills training, mentoring them professionally, launching them into employment, and equipping those who choose to build their own ventures with entrepreneurship mentorship, incubation and market linkage — locally and globally.

Programme 01

Clarity Mentorship Programme

The entry point into GGF. Through our holiday and weekend programmes, young people discover their strengths, gifts and passions, get skills assessment and career guidance — and are grounded through spiritual identity formation and psychosocial support with qualified counsellors.

Curriculum

How the pilots build on each other

Each cohort deepens the last — from foundations, to intermediate portfolio work, to advanced tracks and bootcamps that feed into the Innovation Centres.

August 2025 Pilot
Foundational

First-ever GGF Skills & Mentorship Programme — ~150 young participants across ages 6–17, 6 skilled facilitators, and a Friday showcase. Learners built foundations in coding, media, music, crochet, baking, French and sign language.

November 2025 Pilot
Intermediate

Second cohort deepening the same skills — learners move from fundamentals to portfolio work, product-ready output and their first exposure to the Marketplace and Mentorship pathways.

2026 & beyond
Advanced & Bootcamps

Advanced tracks, first technical bootcamp and continuous weekend engagement — leading into full enrolment at the Innovation Centres.

Open Programmes — join at any point

Beyond the core journey.

Beyond the core journey, GGF runs open programmes anyone can join — and every shilling earned helps fund free access for vulnerable youth.

Technical Bootcamps

Short, intensive, paid skill-building sprints

2–5 day open-enrolment bootcamps in specific technical and digital skills — delivered at our centres and on partner university/TVET campuses. Includes an employer showcase and open-day sessions where participants meet hiring companies directly. Doubles as an entry point: standout participants are invited into the full GGF journey.

Professional Upskilling

Webinars & Masterclasses for working professionals

Two tracks: (1) market-demand skills — AI for everyday work, data literacy, digital marketing, project management, financial modelling; (2) faith & work (marketplace ministry) — leading, working and handling money with integrity as a person of faith. A give-back loop: participants are invited to become GGF mentors, and proceeds cross-subsidise free youth programmes.
