About this programme
What it's about
Delivered at our Youth Employment Hub, this programme starts with Labour Market Intelligence — knowing where the jobs are before we train — and then launches youth into both local and international opportunities. It combines employability training (CV and cover-letter writing, interview preparation, workplace ethics, communication and teamwork, digital literacy, and language training where needed), employer partnerships (local and international companies, internships, apprenticeships, graduate-trainee programmes and direct recruitment), a job placement centre (a database of trained and verified youth, matched to employers by skills and qualifications), international opportunities (documentation, certification recognition, visa guidance and cultural orientation, working only with licensed international recruitment agencies), and a digital talent platform (coming soon).
That every youth who trains with GGF and chooses employment exits with a real income pathway — a local or international job, internship or placement in a field where demand is growing.
