Samuel is a leadership development consultant with over 20 years' experience leading and governing non-profit organisations across East Africa — spanning strategy, organisational management, partnerships, fundraising and social entrepreneurship. He has designed and led programmes that develop leaders and grow institutions, and brings deep cross-cultural experience working with donors, boards and community stakeholders. His training across East Africa and the United States, combined with his coaching and mediation practice, gives him a unique blend of strategic and people leadership.
