Our Impact

Skilled. In the Marketplace. Grounded in Faith.

Our transformation is measured across four pillars — skills, marketplace, mentorship and spiritual formation — turning young Africans aged 15–35 into all-rounded individuals who earn, lead and live with integrity.

  • 1
    SDG 1
    No Poverty
Pathways from unemployment to income through skills, placement and enterprise.
Learner ventures generating income; alumni employment rate.
  • 3
    SDG 3
    Good Health & Well-being
Psychosocial support with qualified counsellors, within the Spiritual Formation & Psychosocial Support pillar.
Learners accessing psychosocial support; well-being scores.

    SDG 4
    Quality Education
Digital, vocational and creative skills training; progression to tertiary education.
    650 beneficiaries/yr by 2031; 155 cumulative learners to college.
  • 5
    SDG 5
    Gender Equality
Inclusive targeting of young women across all programmes and hubs.
Gender-disaggregated enrolment and completion (target ≥ 50% female).
  • 8
    SDG 8
    Decent Work & Economic Growth
Employability training, job placement, entrepreneurship and incubation.
Placements; ventures commercialised; self-sufficiency of ventures.
  • 10
    SDG 10
    Reduced Inequalities
Rural and peri-urban first; free/subsidised access for vulnerable youth.
Share of subsidised beneficiaries; scholarship awards from endowment.
  • 17
    SDG 17
    Partnerships for the Goals
Church, school, corporate, NGO and government partnerships.
Active MoUs; partner-funded programmes; network membership.

Impact data is gender- and age-disaggregated, captured at intake, completion and 12-month follow-up, and published annually. The Impact & KPIs dashboard in our financial model links social performance directly to financial sustainability — cost per beneficiary, self-sufficiency ratio and cash runway are reported side by side with reach and progression indicators.
