Innovation Centres

Our main delivery channel.

Our Innovation Centres are embedded in the communities we serve. Each centre houses five interconnected hubs — Clarity Mentorship, Technical, Mentorship, Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship — that together develop skilled, opportunity-ready and faith-grounded young people aged 15–35.

Inside a centre

Five hubs. One integrated journey.

The five hubs

Each hub has a distinct role — and none stand alone.

A young person moves between the hubs as they grow. The Clarity Mentorship Hub grounds them in identity and direction, the Technical Hub equips them with skills and links them to accredited training, the Mentorship Hub surrounds them with industry experts, and the Youth Employment Hub — alongside the Entrepreneurship Hub — launches them into income through jobs or ventures.

Clarity Mentorship Hub

Strengths and gifts discovery, spiritual identity formation, counselling and psychosocial support.

Purpose: Every learner starts here — skills assessment and career guidance, discipleship and identity formation, and psychosocial support with qualified counsellors.
Outcome: A young person who knows who they are, where they thrive, and where they're headed — and is enrolled into the right GGF pathway.

Technical Hub

Creative and technical skills training, plus linkage into accredited partner institutions.

Purpose: Deliver hands-on creative and technical training during holiday and weekend programmes — and link learners into accredited TVETs, universities and online providers through full or partial scholarships.
Outcome: Youth trained in market-relevant skills and placed into accredited pathways that lead to real work.

Mentorship Hub

Professional mentorship from industry experts across every programme.

Purpose: Pair each learner with industry experts and seasoned professionals — the bridge to internships, apprenticeships and placement opportunities.
Outcome: Career-directed youth with real professional networks and doors open to opportunity.

Youth Employment Hub

Employability training, job placement centre and employer partnerships.

Purpose: CV and interview coaching, workplace ethics and digital literacy, a database of trained youth matched to employers, and international placements through licensed recruitment partners.
Outcome: Trained young people launched into internships, jobs and international placements — with employment outcomes tracked.

Entrepreneurship Hub

Incubation, access to finance and market linkage for youth-led ventures.

Purpose: For young people who choose to build rather than seek jobs — mentorship, business and financial literacy, incubation and product-to-market linkages.
Outcome: Youth-run enterprises generating income and strengthening local economies.

How young people enter

The funnel: from discovery to enrolment.

Learners enter through our holiday programmes, weekend programmes and bootcamps. They begin with Clarity Mentorship, then move through skills training, professional mentorship and on to the Youth Employment Hub or the Entrepreneurship Hub — exiting as empowered, all-rounded individuals ready to lead and earn.

Enrolment

Enrolled into an Innovation Centre

Young people identified through our programmes are enrolled into a centre, where they move through Clarity Mentorship, the Technical Hub, the Mentorship Hub, and on to the Youth Employment Hub or Entrepreneurship Hub. They exit as economically empowered, socially responsible young adults grounded in faith and strong values.
