Entrepreneurship Mentorship Programme

For those who choose to build — not just seek a job.

About this programme

What it's about

For young people who choose to build rather than seek jobs. Delivered at our dedicated Entrepreneurship Hub, this programme takes aspiring founders from idea to viable venture through business and financial literacy training, mentorship from seasoned entrepreneurs, incubation space and support, innovation coaching, access to finance (grants, revolving funds and links to investors), and market linkages that move products and services from workshop to customer. Youth-made products from our Skills Training pipeline — crochet, baking, media and more — flow directly into this programme for productisation, branding and market entry.

Our aim

That every young person with the drive to build a business is equipped, mentored, financed and connected to markets — locally and globally — until their venture is generating income.

Expected outcomes

What young people walk away with

  • Business and financial literacy grounded in real venture-building
  • One-to-one mentorship from seasoned entrepreneurs
  • Incubation space, tooling and go-to-market support
  • Access to finance — grants, revolving funds and investor introductions
  • Market linkages that turn products and services into paying customers
