Skills Training Programme

Linked, not locked in — accredited training through partners.

About this programme

What it's about

We link, we don't lock in. GGF partners with accredited technical training institutions — TVETs, universities and online learning providers — and offers full or partial scholarships to beneficiaries who have completed Clarity Mentorship and discovered where they thrive. Alongside these partnerships, our own Technical Hub delivers specific creative skills training during holiday and weekend programmes, taught by professional trainers — as we've done across our three pilot programmes. In time, GGF may establish a fully-fledged training institution of its own; today, our strength is connecting young people to the best training that already exists.

Our aim

To place every clarity-ready young person into accredited, market-relevant training that leads to real work — locally or globally.

Expected outcomes

What young people walk away with

  • Full or partial scholarships into accredited TVETs, universities and online providers
  • Working-level competence in a chosen high-demand field
  • A portfolio of real projects, products or performances
  • Direct progression into internships and placement
