Pillar 02

Marketplace: Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Linkage

From skill to livelihood.

About this pillar

What it's about

This pillar turns skills into income. We train young people in entrepreneurship, financial literacy and innovation — pricing, saving, budgeting, customer discovery, business modelling and product design — then incubate their ventures, link their products (crochet, baking, media services, crafts) to real customers, and place trained youth into internships and jobs through our professional networks. It's how learning becomes earning.

Our aim

To ensure every skilled young person exits GGF with a real income pathway — a viable micro-enterprise, an internship, or a job.

Expected outcomes

What young people walk away with

  • Financial literacy — saving, budgeting, pricing, reinvesting
  • Youth ventures incubated and connected to first customers
  • Internships and job placements through professional partners
  • Measurable income earned by graduating youth
