Board of Advisors
Comprising entrepreneurs, business leaders and marketplace leaders who provide advisory and open doors to opportunity.
Tier 3 · Community Mobilisation
Board of Pastors
Partner pastors who host our Innovation Centres and drive community mobilisation and spiritual mentorship.
Tier 4 · Implementation
Management Team
On-the-ground teams within each Innovation Centre who implement programmes, coach youth and run day-to-day operations.
Volunteer-powered, locally rooted.
Pastors, psychologists, counsellors, skills facilitators, professionals and mentors all walk with our young people.
