Pillar 04

Spiritual Formation & Psychosocial Support

Grounded in faith. Formed in character.

About this pillar

What it's about

This pillar keeps GGF grounded. Alongside skills, marketplace and mentorship, we intentionally form the faith and character of young people aged 15–35 through discipleship, teaching, worship and prayer. Qualified counsellors provide psychosocial support so youth can process pressure, trauma and life transitions well. The result is all-rounded individuals — skilled, opportunity-ready, and grounded in God.

Our aim

To ground every young person at GGF in a living faith and healthy inner life — so their skills and success are carried by strong character, integrity and resilience.

Expected outcomes

What young people walk away with

  • Youth grounded in faith and biblical values
  • Character and integrity that anchor daily and career decisions
  • Emotional resilience through access to qualified counsellors
  • Healthy relationships, community and a sense of purpose
