Edition 2 · Building My Self-Identity
Second Edition
- 24–28 November 2025
- A.I.C. Ngong Hills, Ngong, Kajiado County
- 200 participants
What happened
The second edition built directly on the momentum of August 2025, welcoming 200 learners during the November school holiday under the theme Building My Self-Identity. Two new skill areas — Sign Language and Baking — joined the original five, taking the programme to seven skill tracks.
The edition deepened returning learners' skills through an intermediate curriculum while welcoming new participants. Daily mentorship in age-appropriate groups explored self-worth, values and identity, helping learners understand who they are and grow in confidence and character.
The week closed with a public showcase where learners presented their new skills to parents, mentors and the community. It was delivered by volunteer skill facilitators, counsellors, pastors and community professionals, with kitchen, cleaning and security support, and hosted by A.I.C. Ngong Hills.
